My grandmother passed away last night, a few hours after the whole family all had dinner together at her home for mothers day.

Her health wasn't great, and we all knew this was comming soon, but not this soon. It seems way too sudden. She died at home all at once, not over several weeks in a hospital bed. I'm still in a state of shock, I can't believe she's actually gone.

I only visit her and my grandpa every few weeks... And I was talking to her and hugged her just a few hours before she died.

Wow. What are the chances? Could it just be a coincidence?

Anyways, we've got a lot of good memories. She was really great. I'm really glad we got along well. May she rest in peace.
